These general terms and conditions regulate the online sale of the products offered on www.farmersfarmweb.com
The customer will choose the place of receipt of the merchandise at the time of placing the order. A delivery address must be provided where the shipment can usually be delivered in the morning and afternoon.
SHIPPING CONDITIONS ACCORDING TO TERRITORIAL SCOPE
Peninsular shipments (Spain and Portugal)
- The delivery time will be from 24 to 48 hours once the order has been confirmed and paid.
- You can track the service through the link that will be sent by email to the customer once the order is confirmed.
- A first delivery attempt will be made to the indicated address, and a second pre-advised delivery by telephone, in case of absence. If the agency fails to deliver in these two attempts, the shipment must be picked up at the location that the transport company will indicate by means of the tracking number. If, after ten (10) calendar days from the date of the notice, the customer has not picked up their order, the products will be returned to the Farmers Farm warehouses and the customer will be responsible for the shipping and return costs, as well as of the possible associated management expenses.
European shipments and island national territory (Canary Islands and Balearic Islands)
- The delivery time will be from 1 to 4 working days once the order has been confirmed and paid.
- You can track the service through the link that will be sent by email to the customer once the order is confirmed.
- Two delivery attempts will be made to the indicated address. If the agency fails to deliver in these two attempts, the shipment must be picked up at the parcel service center closest to your address. If after ten (10) calendar days from the date of the notice the customer does not pick up the products, the products will be returned to the Farmers Farm warehouses and the customer will be responsible for the shipping and return costs, as well as the possible associated management fees.
With the aim of guaranteeing the highest quality of our products in each order, including during transport, shipments are not made on a regular basis on Fridays to prevent them from being retained in the parcel warehouses without adequate conservation.
SHIPPING COSTS
The shipping costs will be informed at the time of the online purchase, depending on the weight and place of delivery.
PAYMENT METHODS
The payment of the order is made by credit or debit card using a secure connection directly to the bank in charge of the transaction, by bank transfer, by PayPal or by Bizum. The company contacts the secure payment server, which will ask the customer for all the details of the card they wish to use (Master Card, Visa Card, Maestro). The process is managed directly by the Payment Server website, without the company or any third party having access to them.
RETURN POLICY
All our products are packed following quality guidelines, which guarantee optimal protection during transport, but if your Farmers Farm products arrive in poor condition, request a return following the following guidelines:
- To request a return, you have to contact us through the email orders@farmersfarmweb.com, indicating the following:
-Date of purchase
-Return reason
-Order number
-Name of the user/buyer
-Domicile of the user/buyer - The maximum term to request a return is 14 calendar days from the moment the order appears as shipped.
- If we accept your return request, you will receive an email notifying you.
- The items must reach us in the same conditions in which they were sent, with their original packaging intact.
ORDER CANCELLATION
If you need to cancel your order, once the payment has been made, you will have to contact us as soon as possible. In the event that you receive notification that the order has already been shipped, we will not be able to refund the amount of the order.
