Description
Organic red wine, of the Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon variety. Ripe red and black fruits and wild flavours stand out in the tasting notes, a fine, fruity wine aged in French oak for 12 months.
Harvesting begins at the end of September, when the grapes are ripe and show their properties, and in October they are ready to rest in barrels until they are ready to be marketed.
The vines have been cultivated using traditional methods of regenerative viticulture, taking full advantage of all the properties of the soil of the Altiplano de Granada. For Julio it was a challenge to sustainably and ecologically transform the dry land on which his vineyard now stands into a fertile crop. But he made it with his father at the early age of 6.
How will they get there?
Julio’s organic red wine comes in a 0,75l glass bottle. 3 bottles will arrive in the box.
