Description
Butternut peanut pumpkins grown in the Altiplano of Granada following an organic farming model.
They have a creamy texture, intense aroma and very sweet taste.
This variety of pumpkin is special for making creams, smoothies and purées, although it admits all kinds of culinary preparations: baked, fried, boiled, roasted… Its skin, once cooked, can also be eaten. And sunflower seeds are an excellent natural food supplement, which can be incorporated into many recipes or eaten as a snack.
