Organic extra virgin olive oil, produced in our own olive mill founded in 1957 following the recommendations of regenerative agriculture.
Anita La Cortijera’s EVOO has a great personality, green in tone, with a high-intensity flavor and a bitter point. Perfect for direct consumption raw or as a base for stir-fries.
It is a product from an olive grove cultivated with absolute respect for the environment and the consumer, using only biological fertilizers and without polluting the environment. It has the CAAE Organic Agriculture Certificate.
It also integrates regenerative agriculture techniques to rehabilitate this depopulated and unprotected area. For example, creating vegetation cover; integrating native grazing, protecting biodiversity; hosting bee hives, fertilising the soil with dried manure, sustainable pruning and dry farming.
